Description

Same setting as my previous image thumb_1838439.jpg There were suggestions about the pose of the character in that image. I didnt want her to be in a pose natural to people underwater, not like a surfer and not even like a swimmer. She is supposed to be more like a figurine than a live creature. However, I thought I'll try another type of pose, inspired by Art Nouveau sculptures/figurines. These required some repositioning and additions/deletions of some objects. I see it as a different version, not a replacement to the previous image.

A wonderful undersea render and I love how you have done the figure.

I´ve read what you said and i understand why your scene is a new version. So, in that case,i think, the pose of the character is important(if i achieved what you mean) to make clear that it belongs inequivocal to the water and is not "using" it...and if i´m right, i think the character must have a texture more aqueous(watery)...Anyway, your scene is very well done:the textures, the lights/shadows and mouvement inside are amazing.Good work. (Forgive me for my thoughts)

WOW! That's what we were talking about! Fantastic 'different version', then! No matter how you spell it, it still come out winner in my book. Dunno...it does seem more alive now. The picture, not the figurine. ^__^V,,

Incredible colors! 5++++ Wonderful composition. I think I would've preferred with only one glass figure, but in any case it is stellar.

sorry for the delay in commenting! i think the pose is more fun, but more dynamic, which makes her seem less like she's drifting and floating and more like a typical terrestrial pose. as in the first, i love the water materials, the plants, and the fish (though the pink ones look freshwater? i don't know fish well). i think it's a very well composed underwater scene, which takes the vastness of the sea and makes it intimate and close through the placement of plants and fish.
