Abreojos means "open eyes" in Spanish. I live on the tip of Baja California and Colorado before that.
2013 update. Had to go to work in the states since the crash of 2008. Speend my summers in ND working. Spring and summer in the southwest and winters home in Cabo. Got back into photography and am enjoying that far more than digital landscape programs for many reasons but mainly because it get me away from the computer and out in the world again!
Since I Started playing around with digital art several years ago and have created images I never thought I had the talent to create. I have learned from many great artist in this community since IÂ became a member IÂ believe back in 2002. Â Thanks for stopping by!

Excellent perspective!

I like it; but, where is the duck? Really nice; I would suggest you have another look at the dog's front feet. It appears like there are gloves on them; and, maybe the feet should be resting against the deck. In all you've got a good one going here. You might consider reducing the whales to two. Perspective and lighting are great.

Actually in this perspective I cannot see the dog to try to move any parts...so maybe he is just bracing himself in case someone rocks the boat...lol? One is a dolphin and one is a whale by the way. Just in case I changed the word duck to bird..it is on the horizon.

Great lighting and perspective! Maybe adding some texture to the top of the boat where the dog is laying would add to the image. Another thought would be that if you don't like the way the dog's legs appear to be hanging in the air, could you possibly do something like add a rumpled blanket under his legs so the he appears to be laying on (or even behind) it? That way the blanket could wad up in front and fill the gap under his legs. Sometimes the best solution is that, if you can't correct the problem, find a way to mask it. Just suggestions. Otherwise, very well done image!

The sky is so effective here. I like the pup sitting at the bow and enjoying the fish.
