I'm a graphic artist, illustrator and cartoonist from Finland, who is also working as a sys-admin at a local newspaper (actually the oldest newspaper in Finland). I use pen and paper as well as computers for my 2D and 3D art. My favorite apps are CorelDraw, Photoshop, Vue d'Esprit, Wings 3D and Xara Xtreme Pro. An original idea... Poor little fish !

Actually the fish is quite rich when it can afford an exotic trip like that :-)

Really cool picture! Exactly how did you do that?

I was actually testing a Nendo clone, Wings 3D, where I did the glass. So just trying to keep it simple I placed the glass on a sandy terrain, dropped a fish object into the glass, and some bubbles (also made in Wings, so they wouldn't look too perfect). The wine glass also contains a water object. Volumetrics are on and rendered in Final mode (rendering time ca 30 mins)
