Description

NOTE: THIS IS A VERY LONG PANORAMA Xanadu comes from Samuel Taylor Coleridge's poem, "Kubla Khan." It's about a great and beautiful city created by a great man in his time, but now gone to decay and ruin. On Kellus III, while exploring the desert interior of that planet's supercontinent in her air truck, Camielle has discovered just such a city half buried by sand dunes. It was built by an alien race long extinct. Once it was a place of the arts, of commerce, and all manner of activities. Now the only activity is moaning wind and the hiss of sand grains rattling across the dunes. An aire of great loss permeates this place. Thanks for visiting and for all your previous comments. Both are appreciated very much. Jeremy CREDITS: Bryce 6.1, Poser 6.0, PSP 5.0; Figure: DAZ's Victoria 3, "Camielle" morphs and skin texture by Jennifer Morris (Renderosity), her clothing is "C4 shirt and pants" at either DAZ or Renderosity; Vehicle: a nifty air pickup freebie that I "dressed up;" sorry, I don't know who made it or where I downloaded it from; Ruined City: "Brycetopia blocks 1-8" by Ronaldo A. da Silva aka Thandaluz (http://www.microdadosnet.com.br/tharian/index.asp?pars=2); Mountains: Terrains by Alan L Baughman (3dcommune); Sand texture: from a photo by Fran Baker aka franontheedge.

Hi Jeremy. Beautiful presentation. I liked the disposition of the ruins, of the dunes and the texture of sand is exceptional. Thank you for the homage, for to use and to mention Brycetopia. Hugs.
