Actually, that is a view towards l' Outawais from Ottawa city (from behind Parliament I believe), looking across the Ottawa River looking at Gatineau (ex-Hull), Quebec. With a nice capture of the National Gallery of Canada. A heck of a nice pano shot no matter what !!
