Description

Worked this by selecting the flower and inverted the selection into Topaz Adjust (beta 5 test) and after the adjustment also ran it through LAB color using the Curves adjustment.

Ok, I totally love this! The single flower in the center with all the a-mazing head banger color around it is awesome.
