Description

couldn`t help writing an update on adventures in japan as its so exciting. First we went to tsukiji fish market - quite an experience! Me and my travelling companions had read about what was apparently an excellent udon noodle restaurant in Ginza and intended to go there. After enlisting the help of a japanese woman nearby we discovered the place had been knocked down since the guidebook had been published. Instead we went to what seemed to be a theme park restaurant - the food was delicious, but you had to walk through a dozen other cafes themed around various parts of the world to get to the japanese section. Finally we went shopping to buy the pink sparkly nail polish I`d wanted ever since seeing someone wearing it on the train.
