Description


Old RR bridge over the Paint Rock River in north Alabama on US72. It's one of my favorite bridges for several reasons. I like the bridge itself, the mountains in the background, the way it's situated on the river......the only thing that would make the bridge better is to catch a few photos of it with a train! Taken Dec. 2008.

LOL...it IS snake country.....almost stepped right on top of a 7 ft timber rattler a couple of years ago.....plus we have copperheads and cottonmouths...neither one very nice.
