Description

Maine, about 8 am. Boats shown here are small commercial fishing boats. All the dingies (tenders) are tied to marker bouyies where commercial fishing boats are moored when not out to sea. Thanks for stopping by. Several of you have said, keep the seashore photos coming :-) Bill Note added: Location is Cape Porpoise, north of Kennebunkport on the southern coast of Maine.

Super panorama achieved in this shot, Bill! Fine overall silhouetting; the boats and reflections are nice and sharp from that distance. Incidentally, decades ago, Bing Crosby and Louis Armstrong got together as a duet to sing a song titled, "Gone Fishing."

I've just got home from fishing and got myself 3 gorgeous arrowhead squid in the space of about 20 minutes! My boots got some ink on them, but hey.....this old bloke is eating well tonight!!!!!!!!!!
