The lighting and pose are great! The only thing that I would work on would be her expression. Even if she's suppossed to be daydreaming, she looks more like she's just staring. Otherwise, its a great pic!

Perfect pose. I like her expression. She has that 3:30 in the afternoon break look. Slightly fried after dealing with clients all day, but she'll make it until 5:00.
