Ta genial!!! Te doy una receta como a mi me gusta.... Hierves la calabaza con abundante agua y sal... sin sacarle la cascara Una vez cocida, hay que escurrirla. Se pone en una fuente, con la cascara hacia abajo, se le agrega queso por salut o cremoso fresco se lo condimenta con aceite de olviva extra virgen y se lo espovorea con oregano. Dos minutos en el microhondas, para derretir el queso y servir. Te va a gustar muchooooooooooooooooooooooooo Glup!!!
