I love the sighting of the first Robin! I saw my first one late last month. Foolish bird coming back so early! It looks like your grass is already growing, and so green, yes, spring is definitely there at your house!

I had a good dozen of these in my back yard about two weeks ago, fat and busy scavenging for seeds or worms or whatever they could find... Excellent clear shot of our native bird!

It was this American robin they used in the film "Mary Poppins". I wonder if the director didn't in fact know our robin was different. Great photo!
