Description

Pakled, your old model is a great reference for building my own. Also, I found a nice image Thunderchild by the fellow who built it for the Jeff Wayne live musical. It'll be great for the detailing. This is what I have so far. For the Purists, Thunderchild is a fictitious ship, of a fictitious class. According to Wells, she was a torpedo ram, but had armament like a cruiser, which the rams do not. Therefore, I think the Jeff Wayne version fits Wells description best. :) Greywolf

Venerable? heck, I'm old, but not that old...;) S'ok...I'm better with angular stuff, but you've put on some good curves to the old lady. When I first attempted it, I actually had the album cover next to the screeen...the monitor next to the monitor...;) You're off to a good start. I'm impressed...hope you go with it. Thanks for the compliments...
