There is a Peruvian group of 4 men who have several CDs they've made, and at several times of the year, they appear playing their music in one of the busier malls or at different events. They bring their CDs for purchase and play the most wonderful music! I always feel hypnotized by it - it would see it has the same effect on the musicians as well by looking at this photo. Stellar work, Mary!

very vivid, with his whites against the darker tones of the wood, etc. He's playing a flute that makes sound through a tiny opening on top, not easy to play (I'm a musician and studied some of these instruments), and his pan pipes are under his arm, where the air goes in and comes out and sounds like notes made of breath. it's a lovely instrument, and the masters from S. America play them with great ease. You captured him in a moment of inward concentration, and it's just what musicians are like. Beautiful work, and true to what musicians do. Very fine.
