Unbelievable! You have such a great talent for painting your own backgrounds but this one is your absolute best IMHO ... so far. It is mystical and magical, not overtly real but perfectly cast for the picture at hand. It reminds me of some Victorian fantasy landscape watercolor. Her shy posing is just perfect. The bit of brightness around the lantern setting really pulls you into the magic of the scene. Very well crafted.
