Description

Batalha, Portugal. Well, there are halls of mirrors, so why not a mirror of hall. It wasn't easy to take it all in, so I cheated, and can now be accused of bigamy (could have photoshopped my wife out, but this way it looked funny). This hall is rather incredible, vast and with a comparatively low ceiling, very unusual for gothic architecture. It contains the tomb of the portuguese unknown soldier.
