Duesa: Good morning, Nori! How was your sleep last night?
Norika: Good morning, Duesa. It was fine except it took me a long time to get to sleep. My mind just wouldn't calm down...
Duesa: that happens to me as well, especially if I'm staying over at a friend's house. Even if I've been there a lot, it just seems that I can't get comfortable. I know that it happens to just about everyone. Although if it continues, you might ask Mrs. Wallac for a glass of warmed milk with a dollop of honey in it.
Norika: warmed milk with honey? Why?
Duesa: for some reason, it just helps the body relax and you can get to sleep faster. I've tired it and it seems to work for me.
Norika: Oh! I'll try it tonight! thank you!
Duesa: So tell me, Nori, what are you going to be doing today?
Norika: Well, Paul, Mr. Wallac, is suppose to be teaching me how to use the pomcuter, I mean computer. He showed me a couple of days ago, but he did it so fast, I just got lost. I don'teven know how to turn it on, let alone how to use it. could you show me, please?
Duesa: Not a problem, Nori! I'll be happy to help you with the computer. And, I'll show you some neat sites you can visit!
Norika: that sounds so good! Thank you!
Duesa: I don't know about you, but I'm hungry! Have you eaten yet, Nori?
Norika: No, not yet, but now that you mention it, I'm hungry as well. I wonder what Momma Sarah is going to cook?
Duesa: Come on, Nori! Let's find out! and Afterwards we fire up the computer and I'll teach you all that you need to know. And then you can surprise Mr. Wallac
Norika (giggling): that sounds like fun!

It goes on well,the only thing what worries me is that they cannot sleep well when they are outside their normal surroundings,ex: vacation camps,friends places and the lot. i mean with the upcoming war in various realms it would be advisable to teach them to be able to sleep instantly wherever they are,-like soldiers you know,how are we going to solve this issue?? gives you something to think over the weekend-hihi. hugs my frined and you "delivered" a goodie again. rene.
