Description

Last July I was coming down from Quebec to Maine, when I stopped to get a rest and a shot of the landscape in the background. I don't know whether yellow is the commonest color for trucks, but I don't think so. Two yellow trucks at the same time were too great a temptation! Please, you guys from the Northeast, can you tell me the precise location of the landscape? Thank you for your comments.

When I visited the USA I loved seeing the trucks and how well cared for they were. We stopped at one place where the truckers would hang out for a rest and to eat. It was fascinating to me to look at their amazing trucks, and often you would see a trucker cleaning his truck and polishing it. This is a great shot of trucks here, but also of the magnificent scenery around them, looks like a massive lake in the distance. hugs Jane xx

Sometimes trucks from the same company will caravan. This is a nice shot with the scenery in the background. Truckers get to see so much landscape. My dad was a trucker, and I often went with him on some trips during the summer. Excellent idea to get these trucks in the view.
