A wonderful photo of this beautiful Blue Jay. We once had many in our area. I haven't seen one is quite a few years. In fact, there are very few birds around here any longer. Makes me wonder if Genetically Engineered crops and the heavy use of pesticide and herbicide has a lot to do with this. In fact, there are rarely any bees, wasps, hornets etc.. And no earthworms in my garden spot. We use none of these toxic chemicals, but the drift from other farms surely effects our farm as well.
