I like this, but several suggestions to keep in mind. The moire pattern should be the background, so it shouldn't be seen on the bars. I'd have picked a different, complimentary color for the bars. I'd have made the top layer of the picture less transparent, or used a mask so that remnants of the moire didn't show through her. I don't know how experienced you are, but I assume you're still learning, and that's why I make these suggestions. It's a darn good effort though
