Description

Sometime in the year 2098 the earth gasped her last breath and we began a new Ice Age, created by man who did not heed the warnings of scientists. This is all that is left of a once bustling Metropolis, New York City. Do you think its time to save our planet?? Corny maybe, but my sentiments ring true. I tried to integrate the Statue of Liberty but she just didn't look right, and imagine never seeing her again. Terrain is by Savage Angel, fun one to work with. Surfacing, atmosphere and watersettings are mine. Have a great week everyone!!! Uhh and maybe hug a tree and do a bit of walking instead of driving :)

Cool image...I'm not a tree hugger but, I am a tree planter and do try to pollute less. The earth won't last forever...I don't place any hope in human kind...I place it in a higher authority :)

Once hugged a tree and got stung by ants; sorry, I won't try it again. However, this image is a 'could be' scenario which makes me glad to be in the southwest. In all, it is good to see your work here Pat; and, the nice progress that continues.

So does that mean that global warming is out the window and we're back to an impe4nding ice age?

Interesting composition. The debate about climate change rages on and on. I personally don't think mankind makes much difference in the warming or cooling of this planet. Climate change is about finding a way for governments to tax people more heavily. It seems to me it is all political.

I only did the one render with this terrain & did not explore it further. You got a real great pov here. I like what you did with this. Water lighting/shadows & surface look fantastic. Well done, Pat! 'Savage Angel...' lol. You are the only one that has ever called me that. Hugz! ")

Love the cold-blue feel to this. Would have been even better though with some lynched bankers and stock brokers dangling from those skyscrapers.
