Description

First off thanks to everyone who has posted comments on my work. I appreciate your taking the time. I've been wanting to do a night urban scene for a while and finally ended up with this one. There are plants by Gill Brooks, ESHA, and Incredibly Lush. Some materials used or based on those by Geekatplay.com and Willow Grove/Karen Verba. Other than the plants all the modeling is by me, most of it done in MoI. Thanks to Chipp Walters for the idea of doing metablob people in Vue, I made my own for use here since I didn't think I needed the detail of an imported Poser type. On the other hand you can't see the robots very well and I did lots of detail on those. They will likely show up again soon in other renders. Vue 6 ProStudio, about 6.6 million polys, 796 objects, 68 lights, volumetric atmosphere with global radiosity. Took 16.5 hours to render, really not bad considering the atmo and contents. No postwork except to resize to meet gallery limits.

Extraordinary scene, the lights, detail n composition are Excellent... 68 lights??? wow, needs a monster machine to accomplish this Very beautiful artwork, bravo my friend!!!
