Taken on my trip to California. This horse really wanted a bite of the granola bar I was snacking on while me and my sister were out taking pictures. I think she had as much fun as I did, we both saw this old car by the side of the road and I said oh stop and she said yep I was already planning to, I may have made a photographer out of her yet, her camera was one of those throw away type cameras, and she keep saying let me get out my fancy camera. We both had a lot of fun out exploring places neither of us had been to in years. So I will be sharing some of those in the next weeks. I hope you all have a great weekend.
Thanks for your comments on my last post that I titled "10,000 Jelly Beans"

fine detailed shot of the horse's head, and how nice that you captured it in the opening right over that dip in the door/window; and as it turned its eye towards you...good moment-shooting (capturing a moment, I mean)...and I like the detail on the planks as well, something I've liked in a lot of your photographic work. Sensitive & bold work once more, Lynell...

What an interesting shot. I love the composition and the sprig of green at the bottom. It has a posterized look that is very cool. I would love to see this original without the filter, tho.

I would love to do a trip like that with my sister...you are so lucky. Wonderful picture of this horse. I especially love the texture of the wood on the sides.
