Description

A little experiment I tried tonight with some techniques I usually don't use. Yes as always it is inspired by a from some of my stories on Mernac. In any case. let me know what you think - this is mor stylized than what I usually do,

I have mixed opinions about lighting with the use of a background that has its own lighting and with characters above them - both anchoring the character to the scene and matching the lighting. The use of the canvas affect and the choiceof how you framed the image has done an excellent job of blending the two together and making the scene coherent - so I would say good work.

The use of canvas adds its own unique touch giving the impression of a painting rather than 3-d. The glow from the lamp is well-caught on her face as is that of the moon both on her face and landscape.
