Description

Bill did a series that I really like of barns where he lives. British barns although there are many of them most are very modern and look like large warehouses. This is a more traditional kind around 100-150 years old. This is great...and thank you for the thought and dedication. I see you got out the 10mm lens to get as much of this old barn in as possible. Love the texture of the weather beaten wood. The barn has seen a lot of winters. For people who know barns, and I'm still learning, you can tell the country of origin of the immigrants that built them here in the US by their barn design. Thanks to this photo, I now have a good reference point for an English barn of the late 19th century. Also like the old lamp near the roof line on the left. More, as you come across them please:-)
