Description

On the last day of my recent week off, we took a little stroll up the Thames path toward Tilehurst, though we didn't go quite that far. :-) This is a view of the river looking back downstream. The posts protruding from the water are where the Reading Festival ferry-boat moors to deposit pop fans near the festival site. The large riverside property in the centre is my dream home and I should be posting a more detailed view of it tomorrow. Hope you like the view. ------------------------------- Original Photograph 27-Feb-2009

It's amazing the thickness of the trees along the Thames, that one still cannot see Caversham bridge through the deciduous landscape even though it's not very far on from there. Fine shot Kev, but I know i'm going to like the next one even better.
