Description
An image I started in bryce a while ago, but could not achieve a satisfying background. Then I bought Vue 6 (probably should have got Carrara) and was able to make a half decent program. I still need to work on making realistic mountains and hills etc. Would like to get Geocreator or whatever its called, but who knows. Anyways, this uses my Skywyrm, and my Effloresper. The Effloresper isn't done yet, and is one of three otehr dragons in the works. There is a Flatback and a Dragon King. Could be a long while before they are ready :P Not to mention the Iron Clad armour I'm working on. And I started a barbarian, clad in Valusian imperial gear :P Heh. And then of coarse the Kraken that is on the back burner as well, and a demon that is half done :P Too many projects. But does keep me from getting bored. Oh, and a skaven ;) :D
I forgot to mention too, the conifers used are from Bigbraader, here in Freestuff. He has some other gems too.

Awesome work! Looks almost like a photograph (I mean, assuming that there really were dragons like that flying around!) Fantastic work! I cannot wait to see your other projects brought to life! I'm anxiously awaiting the Iron Clad armor, and you've got my interest perked with talk of a barbarian and this Dragon King! And I know someone who will be dying for the Kraken to go with her recent take on the Flying Dutchman!

It looks very cool, but If I could give you a suggestion? Try lighting them from underneath, ever so slightly to give them illumination from the ambient light reflected from below. Also, it will help to bring out some of the details of those very cool models. Besides, it's your art, if you want to light em up, then light em up! :P Cool stuff my friend. Can't wait for the Skaven! :P

Those dragons looks really awesome!! Yes I've been dealing with the same problem (to make realistic mountains) and yours are pretty realistic, the whole composition is excellent!!
