Description
The title refers to the vilains, of course. They just think they have a numerical advantage.
I continue to be amazed at what can be done with the right toys, some free software, and enough time to fiddle with things until they look how you want them.
The villains are stock M4 stuff with the Epsilon and Urban Warrior costumes from DAZ. The set is City Streets from Pedatron.
