Page 21 of 36 Story so far: Henry Hardanger (not pictured) has been kidnapped by a group of rebels who are trying to get him out of the city. However, Tom, who runs the city's law enforcement agency, is taking steps to prevent this. Here, he confronts Laura about her allegiencies to Peter, the leader of the rebels, and confesses that he knew about her double-crossing all along... Their plans were all for nothing, as Tom's been one step ahead of them the whole time! Also, take note of who appears in the final frame of this image...who's side is this guy on?
