FractalExplorer/2Pic/Paint.net
More than one way to skin a Frac. Started with a Sterlingware 13th order Newton Flower and ran Cosin functions, Log filters and ArcTangent Transforms. Wasn't happy at all with it so I took 2 copies into 2 Pic and Morphed it around a bit then into Paint.net for Color and Light tweaking.
