Hello Good people, Thank you for your lovely comments...It's nice to be back... The Lines of the Wooded Place It be these lines of the wooded place Our scared trials and tribulations Exposed bark to warmth the soul Tree will comfort our pain While branches reach to hold God’s children, Never to weak among the birds Songs chipped as Birds sing God’s words for us to listen For us to learn Yet in the lines of an old wood stands the majestic Tree, All to bear the fruit Feed the mind of hope Leaves dying not in vain While we chose to sin scared Tree blows in wind It carry the shame away Only to sin another day The oak Tree will wither… to death it die As I will too... Prayer I pray no sin today Planted a life anew It be the lines of the wood that mercifully hold truth That love of life...life of love Caring and giving with hope Wooded marked footnote Our lessons to behold In guarded wooded path I sit in wooded grace The Lines in Wooded place Thank you Apopshsis Hugs~ Tree

Yeah, so much to be read into the lines of the wood .. the shelter of the tree .. Beautiful work Therese, just beautiful. The poem is awesome and so deep.
