Description

This shot was taken last year at Lake Martin when one of those Huricanes was comeing in. At work that day it was raining real hard and I rush out to Lake Martin hopeing to get a good shot of the rain. It rained but not as hard as earlier. Plus I heard on the radio that a tornato was close by. I was hopeing it past on the lake so i can get a shot of it but it never came my way. Good thing it may hit me lol. I never got the shot i was hopeing for for it did not rain as hard. But here you see a strong wind driven rain. It is hard rain [comeing down a lot] look at the water as the wind hits the surface of the water. thanks for looking and comments and votes on tany of my images.

It might have been that if you got there at the top of the storm, you wouldn't have gotten any view of all. I've seen those sheets of water falling in one of those storms. I love the action of this shot.
