Description

On May 7, 1944, the Bon Homme Richard was caught in a tremendous typhoon. (Secret testimony later speculated that it was a space-time slip) As she and three escorts emerged into a strange environment, radar detected an inbound airborne object. Two Corsairs, Candy 1 and 2, were launched to investigate. The "object" turned out to be VERY hostile. Thanks for viewing and all comments are, of course, welcome. I think it looks best at full size.
