Description

This is my first render with Carrara 7.1. Still have a lot to learn. Not too happy with the final quality of the render, need to see what I can do to improve the dithering artifacts. I do however love the Global Illumination and Indirect Lighting available in Carrara. Feedback, Comments and Critiques welcome and appreciated. Regards

I like the POV in the image, and the lighting is interesting. The textures give it a nice gritty look. You might try playing with bump settings on the wall materials, to get a little more variation in it. For the dithering, you can try bigger texture maps (if you've got the computer memory and the patience), and you can try increasing the accuracy of the anti-aliasing (toward the top of the render settings tab in the render room). Looks good, I like it. :)
