could not think of a better name. this was taken in the arboretum the same time as the tulips.I was happy that I was not in the mist with my cameras.it was from sprinklers thanks for viewing and any comments

The sprinkler mist gives this a great look with the sun shining through. Excellent capture.

yes, it absolutely is from sprinklers, because if the mist were atmospheric, it would be everywhere. The amazing thing about this shot is the contrast: You have the misty air filled with sprinkler-spray, but then the detail and clarity of the trees/grasses above & below it. Usually where there is mist, everything is misted, but here, when we look above & below the mist, everything is clear & detailed. Another of your shots where you both capture and find balance in contradictory forces; and wind up showing not conflict but confluence. Very luminous, very clear, and your composition is very generous, allowing us to see a wide swath of this beautiful capture, so we can bask in it. You're a master at complex shots, Richard, you embrace them grandly. A very fine piece.
