Hi, I'm Rax.
I'm from Singapore and is currently working as a radar technician.
Graphics have always been a great hobby and I would sure love to turn it into a profession some day.
Getting myself lost in Photoshop had always been my favourate past time.....that was until I got my hands on 3D and I cannot seem to get me hand off the mouse ever since.
I have sure learned a great deal of new methods and tricks from the software forums here; and is looking forward to meet some new friends here.
My very own online store www.lqcollections.com is now open and I do look forward to your visit and support.
Thx for dropping by and happy rendering.

As a first go this is really good work - agree with Erik on doing a few tutorials - not just CD4 ones either. Lighting takes time to learn - tip dont think about adding "just light" - think about relection and refraction. Indoor scenes need a tad of yellow to bring out a natural richness. Also think about camer perspective - you are slightly off in this render - the trick is to get the camera at a real eye level point and play with the focal length. Tip play around the 46-55 degrees mark. There are a few repeated textures which are quite distracting - this is another thing to watch out for. Good start.
