Depression has many symptoms that are like symptons of other diseases. Hope she is getting good care where she is at. Wonderful shot! look forward to the next set of photos from your trip!

It is interesting to see what is revealed with the different lighting. We only see a fraction of what is around us.Good work.

I like your new UV ! It is perhaps one year you don't have uploaded some UV picture !! I am very happy for your travel with Richard !!! I hope you find hundred pictures to shot !!!

Haha. I noticed that even really clean things can look really bad in UV light. This looks just awful, but they're sure fun to explore with.

Yeah, Jocko, all sorts of things jump out in UV light. Telling the different mateials by their glow is difficult. . . .And keep that thing out of my kitchen.

Great capture!

Yea! I was waiting for more of your UV lighting! But I sure didn't need to know what shows up in the kitchen under one... I guarantee I will NEVER use one in my kitchen. What I don't see, I don't need to know about. I scrub my stove and oven every weekend and I bet it still looks a lot like this. How exciting about going out to run with Richard! I can't wait to see what you guys come up with. I'm guessing you will be hanging out too far away for me to hook up with you guys. Too bad...

Excellent visual on this. It's good to see you expanding your technique my friend... always something new just over the next hill, eh?

Looks like you lost a knob Jock!! LOL Super idea for a photo :)

Amazing, what shows up in UV! It's been a long time ... this is a welcome flashback to your paint shots! (I still remember your advice about not opening your eyes with paint on your face. That was good advice.) :)

What an amazing shot. It reminds me of CSI lol. I think mine would look about like this too. I suffer from depression and it is a chore to try and keep up with house work. Glad to hear you are taking time to go on a trip. Can wait to see what you find to photograph.

Ugh, Jocko!! TMI! I think I dare not do this in parts of my house!

Depression is over-rated by the Greatest Generation. The beatniks came before me. My generation had old fahioned schizophrenia fazing into manic-depressive. The 20's had insulin shock.

very interesting Jock!

Impressive shot, fantastic tones and light.

Interesting picture! The UV did pick that up. Have fun on your trip and will look forward to the pictures from both of you.

Well I will admit I am a neat freak, but appliances can be hard to keep up with if you let them go. Interesting image, you always have a way of showing a different look at things. :)

Ugh, it IS dirty. Great shot!

Oh no, I hope you never shine that UV light into my stove because there is so much baked and broiled crud inside that the sight of it would leave me depressed forever! That said, really cool color and textural effects in this shot, Jock!
