Description

This new bird feeder had caught the eye of a Grey Squirrel. It won't like the seeds inside, but that does not stop it having a go. This photo was taken through the kitchen window. I used a 200mm prime lens with a 1.4x extender Thank you for looking, as always any comments or suggestions welcome 8~) **Best Viewed Full Size** Thank you for the comments on my last upload thumb_1852846.jpg

Cheeky little fellows, aren't they? But still great fun to watch. Very well caught. :-)

Quality has suffered via shooting via window...as that lens is razor sharp ...would have preferred focus on the Squirrel as that is the main 'subject' imo.

These little devils seem to be able to defeat any device meant to keep them away. Nice shot.

This is great, David, caught red handed, indeed, and I absolutely love the light dof and bits of green leaves in the background!

Yes, they do this in my yard too...dump all the seed out onto the ground, but the little birds don't seem to mind.

I never knew a squirrel who wouldn't eat anything that didn't eat it first.:-) Wonderful shot.

Good shot! I think the trick is to have a longer string holding the feeder. Mine was just a bit too long for last year's squirrels but one finally managed to get there in the late fall so I'll have to extend it a bit.

I've had to invest in squirrel-proof cages for most of my feeders!
