When I first looked at it I didn't like it but it does have an extraordinary feeling of space. It would be interesting to see it in a sepia tone too.

very very bright Looks as it the shutter was open to long, try duplicate and multiply it in photo shop or just go through the layers that might enhance it.

Thanks guys, I appreciate the honest feedback :) @Decie: you're right, but that was the effect I was going for in this image. I just want to know what you guys think of it ;)

Way too bright an image! Would work on the light/dark settings. overall it is a good photo of spaceousness but the eyes are overwhelmed by the brightness

@Odie: I was just going for a particular 'feel' of the image. I like it, but I can imagine that a lot of people wouldn't. In short, I wasn't all that sure about this image ;)

I hoestly like the idea and the feel, but in the end something just isn't quite working. If I can't tell that the overexposure look was intentional, then I doubt others will.

Why in God's earth do you like it Jeroen??? I get the feeling that your fishing, for the truth? when in fact you know the truth... way to over exposed! I've seen really bad images posted here though and everyone says how great it is and what an incredible shot etc... is that your test???? LOL!!!!!!!

@Nongo: LOL you are right you know.. about the horrible images posted here of which everyone says are beautiful. My image here IS way over-exposed, and it was a test of sorts.. but I kind of like how it came out. Sue me :p It's refreshing to see the honest critiques though :)

What image! Oh that one.. One of those impossible shots but may have been ok with some ND Grad postwork filters may have grabbed more of the look you were after

Hmmm, I might have used my graphics program and, as previously stated, used filters or a screen layer to achieve a lighter look and feel to the image and still retain enough detail in the image, i.e. landscape, some sky, or if this was the natural exposure, to selective darken parts of the image and still keep a lot of light. But if this is the effect you were after, and if you are pleased with it, then it is a success.

As soon as I looked at this I knew what it was posted for, as I tried this ploy myself lol .I will say this though ,with the overexposure it makes you look a lot harder to see whats there :o) Mick

Yes, it would be a nice photograph depicting space but it sure looks very much over exposed. To be honest with you, as you requested, I don't know what made you decide to post this picture. I know you can do sooooooooooooooooooooooooo muchhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh better than this and for that reason I cannot understand why you posted this one, unless.... unless.. this is only a joke and I tend to believe just that....:-)))))))))
