Description

Wurger: Butcher Bird (Shrike) The nickname given to the Fw190. The picture portrays a 190A-8 newly assigned to JG300 as part of the Defence of the Reich fighter force. The picture is a kind of cross between a builders photo and Ratfugels sillouettes. I was working on this Fw190 when Neil released his. (It's been a busy winter!) I of course immediately downloaded it. Neil did some neat stuff on his, so being basically lazy, I borrowed some parts. Thanks Neil! Credits: Old Barn (modified by me) by Shamira Landing gear (modified by me) by Neiwil,Gunsight and Armor Plate by Neiwil (not modified) Hmm I wonder if I should notify Neil that one of His FW190s is sitting in a field without any landing gear or cockpit interior. Think he would mind??? Thanks for looking and any comments welcome.

excellent graphic! the red accents against the grey aare a very nice touch. my only comment would be to crop out alittle of the foreground to bring the eye up to the more interesting areas.

One of the best from WWII and great render. A "Butcher Bird" strafed my dad on Omahah Beach on June 7, 1944. Glad he missed!

Sincere apologise, caught the renders either side but missed this.Stunning piece,love this plane and what you've done with it.Glad you could salvage some of mine, and do I mind?....hell no!.Every model should be a starting point not an end.Anyone is free to dismantle and scavange any of my models, if this is the result.
