Description

This is a close up from one of my bonsai Larches. I love the "Roses" on these trees, which later become the cones. There are some lichens too covering the twigs and branches that are facinating to me, and one or two others I know.

This is very lovely! An excellent closeup of this soft 'rose' and lichen. I've never bothered to notice a 'cone' in its infancy. Well done!
