TUTORIAL - How to create a Terminator. If you want to create your very own T-800 Infiltration Unit using M4 here's how: Firstly, load M4 and dress him up in suitable gear. I used biker clothes as in T2 but you can use whatever takes your fancy. Add sunglasses if you like, a floral hat....it's up to you. Now download and install the free T-800 endoskeleton from here: http://www.sharecg.com/v/32480/Poser/Update-T800 (On it's own, this is a very silly-looking Terminator in desperate need of some skin!) Load the T-800 into the same scene as M4 and try and overlay them so they match as close as you can get. Don't worry about things popping through it doesn't matter at this stage. Now set up a camera and choose the angle you want. This camera must now remain in this position throughout this process, so don't move it. Now hide the T-800 from the scene so it disappears completely (or move it out of shot). Change the background color to black and render only M4. Save this render as a .png file so that the background will be transparent. Now un-hide the T-800 and remove M4 from the scene and render again from the exact same camera as before. Save this render as a .png like the other one. Now load both .png images into Photoshop (or something similar) and cut and paste one image into the other. Layer M4 on top of the T-800 and move them until M4 is covering the T-800 almost completely. Make sure the M4 layer is selected and use the erase tool to start removing parts of his body so that the T-800 starts to show through. It's up to you what parts to remove. When you're happy with the final image save it. Now all you have to do it add blood effects using special blood splatter brushes you can download from www.deviantart.com Save the final composition as a .png and then cut and paste this image onto any suitable background. This works for any human model - M3, V4, V3, Apollo or S3. Just change the T-800 to match the model by adjusting the scale options. Now you can finally create the Terminator Vs Aliens render you've always dreamed of!
