Description

This is one of my flowering trees, that is showing well at the moment. I have taken it on it's usual stand at the bottom of the garden. I would have liked to take it against a studio background to show it off better. It is too big ant heavy for me to move on my own! So it got taken as it sits all year round. The background trees give protection from the high wind we have but dont add to the viewing "in camera" anyway.

Very delicate and absolutely stunning looking 'Wild Plum' Just a mere suggestion, how about a piece of coloured paper/cardboard or some material, as a backdrop, seeing it is too heavy to transport ? However, great effort and full marks for growing a Bonsai. Cheers BB

I just got done killing a magnolia bonsai so I am really impressed with this tree. Look much better than the brown-leafed stick I have in a cup on my patio... Great shot.

Excellent Kevin, I suppose you could have used a wider ap to blur the background, but that said if it's quite close to the trees behind, that would not have helped, I had a go at this back in the seventies with root pruning techniques, but just managed to kill everything I tried it on, so I gave up, there is a shop only yars from me that sells them already done, but to me that's not the same
