Great skin and lighting! If I were to critique anything, it would be the hand and foot posing. After years of watching my kid sister running, the way his hands are posed, he'd break his forefinger putting that much pressure on it in that small of an angle. But, I think that the problem is more in the mesh, not in your pose, which, honestly, isn't something you can help much.
