How very stately and you did a great job presenting it with the elegance it deserves.

danob For a holiday I would not advise a visit in Antwerp. The most of beautiful places are simply demolished here, progress calls this here. The most small places that there still are, must you know, and foreign tourist find that never. The city antwerp has demolished 3/4 of its heart. In the province are green lungs demolished for houses and industry. I shame as a belgian that here in Anbtwerp each large tree cut down is. Around Antwerp, children will have in the future no more large trees, I shame. I must self search to find beautiful places and then is it still farway. Most of people in Antwerp are blindly and see not that they assassinate their nature. I shame as a belgian.

Very nice picture! I was born in Frankfurt and the same thing has happened there and in many other German cities. The heart and soul aren't there. I love the country and the small towns. Far more beautiful.

What a beautiful and peaceful scene. Not much different here in the USA. Progress at all costs .. whatever is in the way is destroyed. More trees and green space turned into parking lots, beautiful old buildings torn down, while slums grow and spread like cancer.
