Tam-Ra, Carrying the heavy Trauma kit was breathing hard in the sub-zero cold. She shouted,"Jahntu! Wait up,Dammit!" She slipped and fell on the icy snow with a thud. She got up laboriously, and noticed that Jahntu had finally stopped. He shouted back at her,"HURRY UP! We have to find out!" She staggered up to him and asked,"What? What do we have to find out?" Malbess shouted from behind them, after closing up her coat,"STOP MOVING, YOU IDIOTS!" A series of spot-lights and head-lights from the Friggian Main Battle Tanks came on in front of Tam-Ra and Jahntu. A stern male voice souted from the inferno of lights,"DROP YOUR WEAPONS AND STOP MOVING,OR DIE!" Jahntu practically hurled his weapon to the ice and snarled at the Friggians. Tam-Ra set the Trauma-Kit down, looking at Jahntu in alarm. She hissed at him,"Calm down, you ANIMAL!" Her stinging insult from another Beastman cut him to the quick. Filled with shame, he dropped his head. Malbess caught up to them, and shouted at the lights,"HEY! YOU called US over here! The minotaur is just worried about his friends." Only Tam-Ra heard him whisper to himself,"Only one of them." Malbess caught her breath and asked,"I hear that only Martya was found? There were no others with her? You searched?" General Ston'na came out as the lights were turned down, or off as the cases have it. "Only one of your missing crew were spotted here under STRANGE circumstances. She 'floated down from the sky' as my men put it. Is this common with her?" Malbess nodded and said with a touch of sarcasm,"She IS the 'Goddess of the Air' as one of the crew put it." Jahntu asked,"Is she awake? Can we ask where the others are?" Ston'na glared at him with anger, and said,"Your crewman needs discipline!" Malbess said in irritation,"He's NOT MY crewman! I'm a guest on that ship. He is...the ranking officer on the scene, from the ship." Jahntu tried not to blink in the face of such a bald-faced lie. He composed himself, and tried in vain to quell the gnawing fear in his gut, and asked again in milder tones,"General Ston'Na...my mate is one of the missing. I just need to know what happened to her. She was in the same vessel as Martya." General Ston'na nodded,"I see. I understand your attitude now. I lost my wife some years ago, and I remember the feelings quite well. No, the woman,Martya, is unconscious. We don't really know how to treat her." Tam-Ra said,"I'm the ship's Medic with expertise in the area of Scav health." Malbess exclaimed,"You ARE?" Tam-Ra rolled her eyes and restrained herself from socking Malbess in the arm, and said,"YES, I AM! Your ignorance is excusable. You can't know all the areas of expertise of the crew." Malbess leaned close and whispered in Tam-Ra's ear,"I thought you were just a cute stripper, who also liked to cook." Tam-Ra coughed instead of laughing. She said,"I'm also trained in all manner of health and trauma for Devi,Trow,Scavs, and Beastmen!" Jahntu shook his head and stamped a hoof on the hard snow and ice, and growled,"We're wasting time!"
