Description
Smiles come in all sizes and shapes. There is the wide grin when you are so full of happiness that you feel like you're bursting with joy. There is the slight smile when you know something but don't want to give away the secret. And then there is the gentle smile when you are totally at peace and content with yourself and your world. So what kind of smile do you have today? Don't know? Let's create one. There's a little secret that we have within ourselves and that secret is that we can smile whenever we wish. We merely need to create a mental equivalent of what it is like to smile. We picture for ourselves something that has brought joy to our hearts and hold that image in our minds. As we hold this image in our minds, our bodies will take on the feeling of happiness and then an automatic reaction occurs... we begin to smile. This brings about a surge of positive energy into our bodies. And where there is positive energy, there is healing energy. So today... just for today... we shall set about the business of creating positive energy and bringing to us that healing energy of the Universe. It's a great exercise and brings better health into our lives. How divine. How simply divine.

oh, that same teacher I mentioned in your last upload would lean across his desk & say, "look at me, give me your eyes..." If you didn't, he'd whisper, "no, make an offering, a gift..." When you finally made an offering of your eyes, he'd smile so deeply you melted. You gave nothing he didn't return. He used to say, "when your eyes smile, the smile will come back to you from every corner of the world..." Yes to everything you said, and to that smile from deep inside. Yes, yes. And your image is another cornucopia. It's really an inner smile: It's like a bunch of galaxies that got together & radiated a deep massive smile...Your morphing blues, violets & yellows are just beautiful, you're painting what you write; and the starry areas 'in between' are like lights taking a small rest while the others shine away. And you have your wonderful spilling over the frames again, especially the necklace at top, and the pearl-like segments at bottom (which cross one frame at a time). (And you have that little 'signature' in that miniature of the whole...) Beautiful, spilling-rich art, and these uploads are really gorgeous...
