Description
My earlier picture with a Mustang tipping a V-1 provoked comments that Spitfires were the primary interceptors. So to keep the peace with our British cousins, here is a re-do. Hope you like it.

Top work, my good friend! Great action too! Going to pick again now! Ha! Ha! (Don't worry, nothing you can do!) On Griffon Engined Spits were V1 Interceptors. These are Mk V's or Vb's. Merlin engined. Most pilot's say they were the best though...... Rock on mate. Work get better... Rob.

Impressive scene, well placed and realistic ! Bravo ! ----------- And to tell you the truth, I was under the impression that tipping the V1s was a sport for the Hawker Typhoons. 8 tons versus the 4 of the spit made it easier, I understand. ----------- Again, impressive image !! P

Excellent render, fantastic in every way. The V1's were suposed to be terrifying. Aparrently you'd watch them going over and pray that you'd keep hearing the engines . . . because, of course, when the engines stopped . . . crash and BOOM!!
