Ariel view of the terrain & texture I put together for the Terragen Feb/March 09 challenge. Created in Photoshop 7 using brushes, Filter forge and texture layering.

Quite high up!!! a birds eye view. Love the terrain shape, like a 'rose' in the desert. Your texture is unique to this giving it a paved look.

:) Thanks for Commenting ppetersen and Nightwright. I had fun with that challenge mind did take a while to get to this stage, was just using Terragen to start with then started to explore more of the functions and plug-ins and got this.. and um a skull version too.. lol. Might post that one later.

Very cool work! Interesting Terrain and Texture. A beginners advice. Go to render settings -> Options and set the gamma value to 1.0! This will give you more intense colors and remove the default washed out look of TG renders.
