Description

Meet Grubb. My one eyed best friend. We rescued her when she was eight weeks old from owners who were going to shoot her because she was sick. I took her and nursed her back to health and she's been "attached to my hip" ever since. Now she weighs seventy pounds and is a real live living teddy bear. Only one problem. In the summer. THE HAIR! OH GOD THE HAIR!

My son has a pit bull he rescued and he's the best dog I've ever had. Oh, I say I, because I take care of him (the dog, that is) in the summer while my son's working on the river as a white water guide. These dogs become wonderful pets; it's as though they know they were saved. Great shot--and yeah, the hair---ugh!! Even pit bulls shed!! I love this fot!!
